“We learned that growing isn't just about having more clients or more employees. It's about doing it together, with people who help you stay the course, and with individuals who grow with you. Today, several of those who started in operational roles are part of the board, and that's a source of pride,” Muttoni commented.

Starting a business in Uruguay for the future

The meeting concluded with an exchange session where students and entrepreneurs shared questions and ideas. For Advice, this event reaffirms its commitment to training of new generations of leaders, strengthening ties between the business and academic worlds, and showing that Starting a business from Uruguay with a global vision is possible.(UM), held at LATU headquarters, where he shared his entrepreneurial story with students and young entrepreneurs.
