Advice participated in the webinar “Business Insights 2026” alongside Great Place to Work®

On June 2nd, Advice participated in the webinar “Business Insights 2026,” organized with Great Place to Work® Uruguay, an exchange forum that brought together leaders and professionals interested in understanding the main challenges that will shape the agenda of organizations in the coming years.

During the event, Maximiliano Martucci, director of Advice, presented the main results of the 2026 Perspectives Survey, a study conducted among directors, managers, and senior executives of companies operating in Uruguay, with the objective of understanding their expectations and priorities in human management and organizational development. The survey included the participation of 190 executives and representatives from organizations.

Among the main findings shared, it was highlighted that organizations will face 2026 with an agenda marked by four major axes: technology, productivity, leadership, and culture; dimensions that appear increasingly connected as drivers of business transformation.

The results show that process automation through technology is positioned as the main priority for companies, followed by the goal of increasing productivity through new technological tools and the development of leaders capable of supporting change processes.

Another highlight was the growing importance of training as a strategy to respond to new labor market demands. Upskilling and reskilling initiatives will be prioritized to adapt the skills of their employees to technological advancements and the incorporation of artificial intelligence.

Likewise, reflections were shared on the role of organizational culture as an enabler of companies' performance, innovation, and adaptability in contexts of accelerated transformation, a topic addressed by Great Place to Work® through evidence linking employee trust and experience with better business results.

From Advice, we thank Fedra Feola and the team at Great Place to Work® Uruguay for the invitation and for creating this space for conversation and exchange on the challenges organizations face and the future of work.

We remain committed to generating and disseminating information that contributes to better decision-making in human resource management, organizational development, and business transformation.
