2025 Latin America 25: Federico Muttoni, Director of Advice, Receives New Recognition from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA)

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on talent and workforce solutions – announced the Staffing 100 North America 2025 and Staffing 25 Latin America 2025 lists. Now in their fourteenth and ninth year, respectively, these annual lists highlight the most influential leaders in the staffing space who are making notable advancements in the world of work.

We are proud that our director, Federico Muttoni, has been included once again – for the 9th time – in the list of the 25 most influential leaders in Latin America (Staffing 25 Latin America).

Executives in the Americas faced a tremendous amount of turbulence in 2024. A slowdown in contingent labor, significant shifts in both the technology and healthcare sectors, ambiguity in complex political environments, and accelerated change driven by emerging technologies were just some of the challenges. However, the 2025 honorees rose to meet and overcome those obstacles.

“The staffing industry faced one of its most challenging years in 2024, and it's during times like these that great leadership shines through,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “The executives recognized on the Staffing 100 North America 2025 and Staffing 25 Latin America 2025 lists have demonstrated extraordinary vision, resilience, and adaptability. Their leadership has not only guided their organizations through uncertainty but has also helped shape the future of our industry. We are proud to celebrate our 2025 honorees for their achievements, contributions, and perseverance.”.

In addition to facing the challenges of 2024, executives also achieved significant breakthroughs in the staffing industry. Sustainability and inclusion stood out among the central themes on the Staffing 100 North America 2025 list, with leaders achieving success in areas such as environmental initiatives and workforce inclusion efforts. Innovation characterizes some of the achievements of executives on the Staffing 25 Latin America 2025 list, who expanded into new markets, leveraged technology in new ways, and influenced positive labor reforms. The 2025 lists are sponsored by Indeed, the renowned global job site.

“The staffing industry continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability as it navigates today's complex labor market,” said LaFawn Davis, Chief People and Sustainability Officer at Indeed. “At Indeed, we are proud to celebrate the 2025 honorees for their continued leadership and dedication. We share their commitment to connecting people with meaningful work and thank them for driving the advancement of the entire industry.”.

Staffing 100 North America 2025 and Staffing 25 Latin America 2025 are available online and will be featured in the January/February 2025 edition of Staffing Industry Review magazine. SIA will recognize all honorees during its upcoming Executive Forum North America, which will take place March 10-13 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
