Training on Compliance Control of Outsourcing Law at the Occupational Safety and Health Congress

From August 29th to 31st, 2024, the Third Edition of the Seminar on Occupational Health was held at the LATU Event Center (Montevideo), an important event in the sector that was attended by companies and professionals from all over the country. It took place within a framework for guiding public policies on occupational risk prevention, considering the new challenges for health and safety at work, their management, and their regulation.

During this meeting, Daniela Rodríguez, Payroll Manager at Advice, presented a “Guide to Effective Document Control,” where she outlined the main challenges posed by the Outsourcing Law and how companies can effectively manage the required documentation.

Daniela addressed key issues such as workers' right to be informed, the joint and several liability of contracting companies, and the documentary requirements they must meet, including the labor history declaration, certificates of regular status in social security contribution payments, salary receipts, among others.

“The Outsourcing Law presents a significant challenge for many organizations, which must ensure they have effective document control to avoid fines and legal issues. At Advice, we have developed innovative solutions that allow our clients to manage this information in a agile and practical manner,” commented Daniela Rodríguez.

This session included representatives from various companies, who were able to interact with the speakers and resolve their doubts. Advice was accompanied and supported at this event by its partner Seglico Software, a company specializing in Occupational Safety and Health.
