Advice participated in the launch of AcelerIA: innovation and inclusion in the age of artificial intelligence

We are proud to announce that Advice participated in the launch of Acceleria, a training program designed by UTEC with the support of IDB Lab, which seeks empower people and communities facing emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.

The project places special emphasis on inclusion, prioritizing women and people over 45, and proposes personalized learning paths, adaptive microlearning, regional mentoring, and gamification dynamics to make the training process more accessible and motivating.

In the design of AcelerIA, according to the document BID IDEATE (07/29/2024), the information from the Labor Monitoring of Advice, which identifies labor market trends through job postings: employer demands, tools, and growing skills and competencies, in constant transformation.

For Advice, being part of this initiative reinforces our commitment to labor market transformationdiverse talent formation and responsible AI development.
