Guzmán Saráchaga participated as a speaker at the Generational Diversity Event, organized by Great Place To Work.

Last Tuesday, October 22nd, we attended the event “Generational Diversity: Empowering the Future of the Labor Market,” organized by Great Place To Work, a strategic ally of Advice, on the 22nd floor of WTC Free Zone.

This meeting was an excellent opportunity for HR leaders, company directors, and individuals interested in strengthening organizational culture, addressing how generational diversity can drive the future of organizations.

Throughout the day, different speakers shared their knowledge and experiences, highlighting the opportunities and challenges of the current labor market, focusing on inclusion and the potential of multgenerational talent.

Guzman Sarachaga Talent & Human Capital Strategy Manager – led the talk on Labor Market Analysis for Senior Talent (+45 years), supported by data from Labor Market Monitor.

In her presentation, she argued that only 5.7% of job opportunities explicitly mention age as a requirement, reflecting a trend towards inclusion and equal opportunities.

On the other hand, leadership positions show a positive correlation with age, where almost 90% of managerial and executive positions are held by people aged 45 or older.

It was a key day to reflect on how to enhance generational diversity and improve organizational competitiveness.

Thank you to Great Place to Work for the invitation and the space.
