On November 19, the annual closing of the Educational Transformation Project in Technical Professional Education took place. This initiative is led by the General Directorate of Technical Professional Education (DGETP-UTU). The project aims to strengthen UTU's educational offerings to prepare graduates with a more competitive profile, aligned with the demands of the current labor market.
Aiuba González – Manager of Global Payroll & Data Analytics – presented the Study of Labor Demand and Training Supply at DGETP-UTU, an analysis sponsored by República AFAP.

The study aimed to identify the main needs of the Uruguayan labor market and contrast them with UTU's curricular offerings. We thank the Technical Directorate of Academic Management of DGETP – UTU for the invitation and the opportunity.
