Florencia Araújo works in the Outsourcing Department at Advice Uruguay. She holds a degree in Labor Relations from the School of Law, UdelaR. Additionally, she trained as a Human Resources Analyst (UDE).
She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Organizational Transformation (FCEA – UdelaR). She has experience in the area of outsourcing and personnel contracting since 2017, carrying out recruitment and selection tasks for dependent, middle management, and executive positions.
She feels motivated by new challenges and continuous learning. She believes that being part of an organization where she shares the same values drives her to grow as a professional.
