Ana Inés Bentos Pereira works as a Human Capital Consultant, serving as a point of reference for HR consulting and diagnostic processes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduating from the Faculty of Psychology at the Catholic University of Uruguay in 1999. She specialized through postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management, graduating in 2006. She complements her academic and professional training with multiple courses and workshops that provide a high level of expertise in topics related to HR, training, and people management consulting.
She has over 15 years of experience in human capital consulting, having held leadership positions in HR services and advisory roles. She led recruitment, selection, and workplace and potential assessments from an organizational perspective. She has served as a key contact for HR consulting processes, covering development, training, diagnostics, as well as outplacement and restructuring initiatives that are current market needs for both national and international companies.
