Labor demand does not always translate effectively into job creation. Differences between the job profiles required by companies and the profiles of available workers, among other factors, explain why on one hand there are people who have difficulty finding employment, and on the other hand, companies that have difficulty filling their vacancies. The analysis considered more than 30,000 job postings made on job portals and other digital media surveyed by Advice in the first quarter of 2023.
