Ximena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic (2009) and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management in Organizations from the University of Montevideo (2012). She has a Specialization in Internal Communication and Employer Branding from the University of Buenos Aires (2025) and a certification in People Analytics from UCU Business School (2025).
With over 15 years of experience in people management, she currently serves as People & Culture Manager at Advice. In this role, she leads the comprehensive talent strategy, driving initiatives for attraction, development, and retention, as well as the evolution of organizational culture. She is responsible for training, compensation and benefits, climate and culture, CSR, and change management processes.
Throughout her career at Advice, she has led the Human Capital area and participated in multiple projects for local and international organizations, advising on the design and implementation of solutions aimed at enhancing talent management. Her experience includes the development of performance appraisal systems, job descriptions, customized training programs, as well as climate and job satisfaction studies, contributing to the professionalization and continuous improvement of people management.
