Julia Villamil works as a Human Capital Analyst, participating in various projects within that area.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, graduating in 2020. She focused part of her undergraduate studies on the organizational area and participated as an unpaid assistant for the course “Work and Organizational Psychology.” Since 2020, she has worked in recruitment, selection, and psychometric assessment, primarily for IT profiles, for national and international companies.
