Gianna Simonelli works at Advice Digital & IT, conducting selection processes related to information and digital technologies since 2021.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic, graduating in 2020. She focused part of her undergraduate studies on the labor area, where she was educated on topics such as work and disability. Likewise, she completed a course on competency-based personnel selection at the Uruguayan Psychologists' Coordination in 2021. She continually complements her training with programs offered by the University of the Republic and the Uruguayan Federation of Psychotherapy, among others.
