He is a founding partner of the consulting firm Advice (2004) and currently serves as its director. Over the past 18 years, he has contributed to the recruitment of over 500 managers and supervisors, and participated in the development of salary and human resources consulting for more than 400 clients. Prior to Advice, he worked for 4 years as a consultant and internal auditor for companies in The Exxel Group in Uruguay (Devoto, Mastercard, Freddo, Fargo), assisting with management, planning, and control systems. Before that, he worked for 5 years at KPMG as an external auditor and consultant for companies in various sectors in both Uruguay and Paraguay.

Since its inception, it has driven a comprehensive, triple-impact vision in business, considering economic-financial aspects, as well as social and community impact aspects, and environmental aspects in decision-making. The annual sustainability reports issued by Advice every year are a consequence of this vision.

During 2008, he led the management of the company's sale, being part of an American company from 2008 to 2015. Then, in 2015, he achieved an MBO (Management Buy Out) to ultimately become a shareholder of the company again. In 2017, he actively participated in the opening of the Advice office in Paraguay, managing it with a local partner and an internal work structure.

He is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad de la República (1997); Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad de Montevideo (IEEM, 2001-2002); Postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain), 2002; and an update in Senior Executive Program (IEEM, 2015).
