He is an expert in the employment industry and the future of work, participating in numerous forums and specialist meetings in Uruguay and abroad.

Creator of Labor Monitoring of Advice, monthly reference report, which observes and studies the main characteristics of labor demand, has the primary objective of analyzing trends, characteristics, and requirements regarding the evolution of employment, and offering high-value information about the world of work, which contributes to strategic decision-making in companies, educational ecosystem institutions, public bodies, and the economy as a whole.

In his years at Advice, he has driven and developed several practice areas such as Executive Search, Data Analytics, Selection, Evaluation, and Outplacement, among others.
