Belén works in the Outsourcing department at Advice Uruguay. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic and has complementary training in assessment techniques for the workplace.
Since 2015, she has worked in the human resources area, and since 2019, she has focused on recruitment and selection processes, primarily for mid-level and operational positions, in both individual and group settings. She is motivated by continuous learning, teamwork, and interpersonal relationships.
