Aiuba González joined the Advice team in 2008. Since then, she has held various executive positions, demonstrating strong strategic leadership, a focus on results, business development, and operational excellence. She currently leads the partnership project with ADP, a global leader in human capital management solutions, providing payroll services to multinational companies using international standard methodologies.
Aiuba is a public accountant graduated from the University of the Republic and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carlos III University of Madrid. She is dynamic, organized, proactive, and possesses interpersonal skills that contribute to the formation of successful work teams. Before joining the Advice team, she worked at CPA for Microsoft as a senior outsourcing supervisor responsible for the Southern Cone region (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Chile). She has experience in project management, management accounting, financial planning and budgeting, and managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Since joining, she has taken on different challenges: In 2010, she was appointed Accounting Quality Manager for the subsidiary in Uruguay, becoming part of the Accounting Quality team at Headquarters with the objective of designing and implementing control and traceability mechanisms for the management of the administration and finance departments globally. In 2011, she developed new lines of business focused on payroll and process outsourcing services. From 2012 onwards, she also served as Operations Department Manager, ensuring the quality and efficiency of internal processes. In 2016, she developed the partnership area with ADP in Uruguay, receiving in 2018 the award in the compliance & security category granted by ADP at the annual executive partners convention in recognition of the outstanding results of the Uruguay team.
